And so i cannot help but wonder if writing is enough to cotribute to change. If writing is indeed enough to make you a hero. Because when you really think about it, dr. Jose rizal's greatest contribution to our indepedence is his writing. We always say that he was able to instill the sentiment through writing. But is writing enough? Dont we need action men who ursued independence to actually chieve it? If filipinos just ended up ranting and writing during he spanish colonial days, wold we achieve freedom? Is rizal really worthy to be a hero because of his writing?
